It’s all about Bridget. She is the best! It started with my probate lawyer, Anthony, who met with Sonya and then recommended Branches to help sell our beloved cousin Debbie’s home. This was when our journey with Bridget began.

From minute one, Bridget was kind, respectful, honest and likeable. Ms. Holmes did much, much more than we expected. She was completely dedicated to treat everyone with kindness and concern. I recognized she was professional, always called me Mr. Selva.

She worked and committed herself tirelessly to fulfill my cousin Debbie’s wishes for the house to go to her stepdaughter. Bridget worked with her stepdaughter to buy the house, but she was unable to acquire a down payment or qualify for a mortgage. Bridget worked with her and referred her to a housing counselor to ensure she had the resources she needed. I tried everything to fulfill my cousin’s wishes, but we could not make that happen.

Bridge went to work and sold the house quickly and for more money than I expected – twice as much more than anything else could have.

Bridget would meet me anywhere for my convenience, she actually came to the hospital for me to sign papers. That when the pro comes out. She crossed every “T” and dotted every “I”. She was determined to make sure all things were in order.

She helped me with all the problems I had with the complicated sale. There is so much more I could talk about. We bonded.

I have a great deal of respect. There are a handful of people in my life that I will never forget – Bridget is one! She is very intelligent. Good morals and values but she knows how the world works. I will never forget Bridget!
