Kevin DeLeon

Kevin De León is a REALTOR® for Branches Real Estate and is the Director of Housing and Real Estate for the Metro West Community Development Organization. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science degree from Cleveland State University. With Metro West, Kevin has completed community revitalization work in housing development by coordinating the acquisition of blighted and abandoned properties and renovating them to create new homeownership opportunities. Kevin is a licensed Lead Risk Assessor and has worked one-on-one with residents to guide them through city and county programs, helping them ensure their properties are safe and up-to-code. He has worked as a liaison for organizations, residents, landowners, and developers, and has extensive experience representing each party in real estate transactions. Kevin is bilingual and can assist clients in both Spanish and English.
